We have imparted skill training in more than 20 districts of Bihar over the years. Women empowerment amongst the Musahar community is our prime moto. Since 2014, we have trained more than 1000 Musahar girls and women across Bihar.In 2016 – 18, we trained around 250 women across the districts of Bihar: Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Madhubani and Banka. With small CSR funds and local contribution, today all 250 women are either working somewhere or self employed at their own places.

50 girls were trained with basic soft skill and computer basics and placed in the local shops, showrooms and coaching centres in the year 2016 - 18. With local contribution, 45 days training programme where held at local computer training centre. This programme was held twice with the batch size of 25 each time. Since, Musahar girls are hardly STD 10th pass, it was difficult to do mobilisation. Our local campaign for women empowerment helped us alot in mobilising for the same.

In the year 2016 – 18, 25 Musahar women were trained with tailoring and 15 were placed in the local boutiques. Rest 10 women are doing on their own from their respective houses. With local contribution, 30 days training programme where held at local community centre. Local volunteers helped in mobilisation, training and placement process.

60 Musahar women were trained with livestock training for Dairy Entrepreneurship in the year 2016 - 18. With few CSR contributions, we held this training for 90 days at local community centre. After the training programme, goats were distributed amongst the women from CSR’s contribution to start their entrepreneurship.

In the year 2017-18, 660 women were first mobilised having little knowledge of weaving. They were trained professionally under a Bamboo Handicraft, Agarbatti Making, Tailoring and Embroidery under NSDC Special Project, “Astitva”.

With the help of local boutiques, 45 women were trained with tailoring and 25 were placed in the local boutiques. Rest women are doing on their own from their respective houses. With local contribution, 45 days training programme where held at local 3 different boutiques.

In 2016 – 18, 40 girls were trained with basic soft skill and computer basics and placed in the local shops, showrooms and coaching centres. With the help of local institutes and local contribution, 45 days training programme where held at Tilaiya. This programme was held twice with the batch size of 20 each time.
